refactor: 统一公司名称语序并整理gitignore规则

1.  调整中英文站点、多语言页面的公司名称为标准语序"山东首达特科技工程有限公司"
2.  重构demo-vue和根目录的.gitignore文件，整理分类忽略规则
3.  注释掉闲置的三轮车产品配置项
