chore(config): 更新环境配置和页面标题

- 在开发、生产、预发布环境配置中注释掉旧标题
- 在 index.html 中注释掉旧 favicon 和标题- 更新 Logo 组件和构建工具页面中的 logo 引入路径
- 使用新 logo 文件替换旧文件引用
