refactor(admin): 修改数据源配置并禁用 xxl-job

- 更新 application-prod.yml 中的数据库连接信息
- 将 GenTableServiceImpl 中的数据源注解从 @DS("#header.datasource") 改为 @DS("master")
-禁用 xxl-job 执行器
