feat: 更新npm配置和国际化支持

- 添加越南语的服务条款和隐私政策文档
- 更新多语言JSON文件中的品牌名称
- 移除未使用的arch页面和依赖项
- 调整next.config.mjs的输出模式配置
- 更新generateStaticParams以包含越南语支持
