feat(qc): 添加质量检验化学成分和物理性能明细功能

- 创建化学成分明细相关实体类、业务对象、视图对象和映射文件
- 实现化学成分明细的增删改查、分页查询和导出功能
- 创建物理性能明细相关实体类、业务对象、视图对象和映射文件
- 实现物理性能明细的增删改查、分页查询和导出功能
- 添加对应的服务接口和实现类
- 配置控制器端点和数据验证规则
- 实现MyBatis映射配置和查询构建器
