refactor(wms): 简化产品信息组件使用方式并删除无用文件

删除未使用的视图组件和文件，简化多个视图中ProductInfo组件的使用方式，移除冗余模板代码

- 删除work/plan、work/task/components、work/pspec/components等目录下未使用的vue文件
- 简化wms/order/panels/detail、wms/coil多个视图及wms/stock/index中ProductInfo组件的使用方式
- 移除冗余的模板代码和插槽，使用更简洁的组件语法
- 删除未使用的Gantt图表组件及相关视图文件
