style(mes/roll/grind): 修复辊磨页面布局溢出问题

1. 移除grind-layout的align-items: flex-start样式
2. 给el-card卡片body添加滚动和隐藏横向溢出样式
3. 调整roll-list的最小高度和内边距样式
