fix(mes): 解决检化验Jackson序列化导致的字段名不一致问题

- 归一化单字母前缀字段名，处理cContent、pContent、sContent字段大小写问题
- 添加字段映射逻辑，兼容ccontent、pcontent、scontent小写格式
- 确保数据展示时字段名统一性，避免前端显示异常
