Joshi 35d739d183 fix(inspection): 修复检验申请流程状态更新问题
- 在拉伸检验详情服务中添加状态字段更新逻辑
- 在主检验服务中同时修改状态字段为6
- 确保检验申请的状态同步更新到数据库
- 修复了流程状态不一致的数据问题
