feat(msg): 更新测量消息数据结构和字段定义

- 修改 AppMeasureCoatMessage 中钢带张力字段命名和描述,从 BR5/BR6 系列更新为 BR8/BR9/BR10 系列
- 在 AppMeasureEntryMessage 中添加入口活套最大最小长度字段,移除张力字段
- 在 AppMeasureExitMessage 中添加出口活套最大最小长度字段
- 重命名 AppMeasureFurnaceMessage 中的入口钢卷标识和钢带位置字段并添加单位
- 将 AppMeasureFurnaceMessage 中的空燃比字段重命名为更明确的名称并添加单位
- 更新炉温相关字段描述并统一添加单位标识
- 在 DeviceEnum 中移除入口活套相关的最大最小长度和张力字段引用
- 新增 L2HeartMessage 心跳消息类
- 在测试调度中注释掉张力和钢带位置的设置代码
