- The push-pull pickling process adopts an advanced shallow-tank turbulent pickling technology, featuring short pickling time and high pickling efficiency.
- The push-pull pickling line is divided into 6 sections, each equipped with an independent external heating system and acid circulation system. Optimal pickling results can be achieved by adjusting the temperature of each pickling section.
- The continuous pickling process employs a highly efficient turbulent shallow-tank pickling technology, with the liquid level in the acid tank being only 150mm. The acid tank cover is designed with an inner cover and an outer cover, which can not only reduce acid volatilization but also improve the turbulence intensity of the acid solution.
- The continuous pickling line is equipped with three pickling tanks, each fitted with a separate external heating system and acid circulation system. By regulating the temperature, concentration and turbulence intensity of each tank, optimal pickling effects can be obtained.
- A five-stage counter-current cascade rinsing system is adopted, which requires only a small amount of rinsing water. The surface cleaning quality of steel strips is guaranteed by precisely controlling the conductivity of the final rinsing section.
- The continuous pickling line is configured with a temper mill with a rolling force of 800 tons, which can effectively improve the surface quality of products, rectify strip shape defects, partially eliminate the yield plateau, and significantly enhance the market competitiveness of products.
- The continuous pickling line uses a reliable and stable double-head rotary tower type disc shear, where parameters such as shear blade opening, overlap and side clearance can be adjusted automatically.

- Welding Machine: Adopts a complete welding process of shearing → butt jointing → welding → punching → edge trimming. Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with automatic steel strip centering devices.
