chore(project): 更新 .gitignore 配置以忽略更多文件类型

- 添加 .pnp 和 .pnp.js 到依赖忽略列表
- 增加 build/ 目录到构建输出忽略
- 添加多种环境变量文件格式到忽略列表
- 增加日志文件和调试日志的忽略规则
- 添加编辑器相关文件和目录的忽略配置
- 增加运行时 PID 文件的忽略规则
- 添加测试覆盖率目录 coverage/ 的忽略
- 为服务器模拟环境添加 node_modules/ 和 dist/ 忽略规则
