feat(WmsPurchasePlan): 添加附件信息字段

- 在 WmsPurchasePlan、WmsPurchasePlanBo 和 WmsPurchasePlanVo 类中添加 attachmentInfo 字段
- 在 WmsPurchasePlanMapper.xml 中添加 attachmentInfo 字段的映射
- 用于存储和展示采购计划的附件信息
